About the collaboration
We collaborated with Moychay and produced ‘Tzen’ a premium quality tea blend made from orange peels. Our tea is a fast, effortless and easy sustainability demonstrator.
The tea is sold in the Moychay shop in Amsterdam and their webshop.
By selling a high quality tea blend we demonstrate that unavoidable food waste is very well edible.
In addition to starting the conversation about Unavoidable food waste and educating people about it through a QR code that links to our website and recipe book.
The Process
The lifecycle of the orange peels.
They are collected from juicer machines in local supermarkets.
Then the peels are transported to Moychay, where they are dried and mixed with red tea.
